I personally agree with cossiep about spending just a bit more to put your mind at ease.
Thats fine if you run a 2WD Saf , if you look at my previous posting i have a 4x4 and if you check Fords own Workshop manual , Volume 2, page 0990 section 21B-3 , Under 4x4 Engine Lubrication: Initial Fill Capacity- 4.75 litres........Oil Change (Excluding Filter)- 3.7litres.......Oil Change (Including Filter)- 4.2 litres . Allow for a little spillage if your ham-fisted like me and there's your 4.5 litres. It pays to read every post before you wade in to a conversation with facts and figures that dont relate to whats being discussed......
