I've got another year to go on my first time buyers fixed rate, not sure on the rate but it was £550 a month for the first year, then £600 a month for the second and will be £620 a month for the 3rd year. Thats on a £114k mortgage over 35 years

I'll be shopping about to knock it down to 30 years when I renew
