i used a Drapers universal deep throat item.

But as mentioned the collets need the seal breaking.

On sunday i striped and rebuilt my cossie head, i found using the standard 'hammer and socket trick' over the spring cap didn't work, no matter how hard i hit it.

So i had to use 2 Sockets with a Calver clamp to break the collet away from the spring cap.
