Whats diffrence between normal escort RS items?
The 82° Thermostat opens 6° earlier than the standard one. This gives the water a better chance of keeping cool.
The Cossie fan switch turns the fans on slightly earlier.

I would say out of all those things, the recored rad is the most significant. I use a local place, they are certainly not cheap though, but I use them because they are tried and tested. Their recores are well over £100 though (£130odd I think).
I imagine you will have somewhere local to you that can do a good quality recore.

No, power is largely irrelevant when it comes to water cooling. Think about it, these cars over-heat at low speeds.
I can supply the Thermostat. Everything else is fairly straight-forward and readily available.
sorry i ment normal items as in intercooler and fan, is there a need for an intercooler that size for that power?
Sorry for the misunderstanding. The standard RST Intercooler is only really any good for 12-13psi, after that the air temps will rise to the point where the ECU retards the timing, killing the power off. Unfortunately, any Intercooler worth having is a full front-mount, so blocks off flow to the radiator. If you stay with a standard Intercooler, then the standard fan will be OK, but once you decrease the amount of air-flow to the radiator, you will need to increase the fan set-up.
Does that make more sense?
