In my experience, Alloy rads on RST's are pants. Defies all what we know is right, as Alloy rads are great on everything else.

Mine has a standard rad and is spot on. The recipe above is what I run, except the fan switch as mine is controlled from the management. My fans come in separately, first one at 88°, second one at 90°, but that won't have a major impact.
