Well I did run along and cut the end plate off one end of the cooler and tig'd a spacer plate in to allow for the nozzle, so no space issues now, just pressure tested it to 6 bar and polished the new panel and welds so looks like new.
What on earth were you doing to your XR3i, doesn't take 2 years to put a yellow boost hose on does it
