your right in that cheapo oil wont bring about a costly rebuild straight away, but it will certainly bring it on sooner than good oil.
Miller's oils are very high quality. Just because they are cheaper than Mobil/Castrol doesn't mean a poorer oil.
Don't equate cheap with low quality.

PS I have a one pound coin you can have for fiver if you like
