Im having trouble fitting the valve stem oil seals on my 4x4 cylinder head ive followd lots of advice and have foung a socket that fits them perfect and have succesfully instaled 1 or 2 buy oiling and tapingthem in but im now on my second set as the rubber on the inside keeps ripping out ive tried some oil to lube them but still no joy i just want to get this beast back together and am pulling my hair out as to what to do can anyone help PLEASE?
