Unless your old man has already messed around with it drastically, the 928 is one of the most simple [and awesome sounding in my opinion] V8s made and i am SURE it runs [the early ones definitely do] on the tried and tested Bosch K system [like on golfs and countless other cars] so ANY decent firm should be able to tune it.
