Not all Mk 3 RS' came with the 3 spoke wheel, but the centre part on that is odd, it shouldn't have the horn push if it's to go on a MK 3 Escort.

Either way, when I was looking for one a few years back, one in that condition was selling between £80 and £100. Ones in rough condition were about £40.
