If you want to get ultra sharp braking just touching the pedal then you need to fit a bigger master cylinder. This will push more fluid pressure down the brake lines for a smaller movement of the pedal.
Fitting bigger brake calipers often reduces the sharpness of the pedal as they have a bigger piston area and therefore takes more fluid pressure to push the pistons into the pads etc. Therefore fitting a bigger master cylinder will compensate for this.
But for a track car it is good to have a weaker setup to allow for more modulation on the brake pedal (depending on driver preference)
Also pads can affect it of course, but you have DS2500's and they are good!
