IMO it will not change much any time soon, with US housing market etc in tatters and another interest rate rise expected here soon i dont think it will change soon especially in negative effect for you. Though by next year it’s hard to say. I would wait until next interest rate rise then possible do it

Though these things are notoriously hard to predict, especially 6-7 months time.
