Your local plastics stockist will be able to sell you 4mm Polycarb - usually cut to the rough size you'll need. All you need to do then is trace round your window and cut it out with a jigsaw.

You might want to invest in some clear security film to - Polycarb scratches and stains easily (even the UV/scratch resistant stuff), this will help with UV protection and scratching.
