just take the plugs out and pour some engine oil down the bores and keep turning it over for awhile as you have been and ONCE it's run drain out the oil and change the filter!
Engine was said to be running fine before removal. Front of car was hanging off anyways so i doubt it stripped it for engien failure
It was about half a centimer of water in it, got it all out now. Im just worried its rusted the bore..
