As you stated warm it and it exands, still the same mass in total but taking up a larger volume as you mentioned.....so the 1000 litres would weigh LESS as is it no longer all of your original water.
what is SG? anyway i said that the pressure must be considered. simply assuming that the water will expand as it gets heated is not reasonable since it might well be in a sealed tank which would preclude expansion so we still have 1000 litres of water taking up the same space albeit at a higher temp - and it still weighs 1000kg
