any ideas where and how much please .needed for nearside front

reason i am asking was in fords to today and bloke said part number is 5013161.. £63 but then he umd and ard for a bit and said its for a 2 wheel drive and there is no locking crown nut with it "the locking nut "....you best ask around and then come back he said

is there a difference between front nearside and front offside..left and right & handed threads iirc

and can i get the full KIT in one go anywhere
