As an guide 24-25ish cold will see around 32ish when hot.
Drop this un needed hot 2-3psi out as soon as you come in from the session - or ideally half way through it.
Leave set at that all day.
Or as Eagle found out - if you personally dont like it and you find something else that works for you then stick with it

One thing - if it isnt right or dosn't feel right to you then FFS go and ask someone. There will be plenty people on your trackday with either a similar car or with greater experience. The organisers will often help too. They are not just there for track tuition they have vast experience in all fields.
