seems to match all the things you want and they do make a scaled down version which is £100, which doesnt come with wifi and as many extra sata ports but if your thinking of going duel gpu then i'd recomend spending the extra and getting the wifi pack.
i'm reserving judgement as to how good it is as i'm still rebuilding my system
but the bourd seems really well put together and have been impressed with its features.
though i will have to mention its is
now stuck in my tower so i fookin hope it doesnt break!
Can i ask why? its a standard ATX size so unless your case is tiny then its never going to get stuck
