It is caused by the heart mnissing a few beats.
EVERYONE has it whether they realise or not it is absolutely normal.
It does get worse with smoking and drinking, and lack of CV exercise.
I had test after test but always 120/80 BP, 64 BPM, heart trace perfect etc etc, they just said that's how some people are, this was from a HEART SPECIALIST.
I was getting like a flutter then gasp then like a bubbling sensation, like air bubbles was rising in the chest for 2/3 secs.
