It's definitely caffeine related, I have suffered from Arrhythmia for the last 12 years or more.

The classic symptoms of arrhythmia include; palpitations, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, and shortness of breath. Of course, some of these may not occur, even with serious arrhythmias. People may experience palpitations, such as missed beats, "skips," "thumps," "butterflies," "fluttering," or "racing.” The palpitations may come in single or multiple beats and may be felt anywhere from the stomach to the head.
My symptoms are "racing" and is kept under control by drugs. The drugs control it as long as I don't have caffeine related drinks ie: coffee, tea, Red Bull, Coke, or any stimulant like alcohol, as it will exacerbate the situation regardless of the drugs. Usually Arrhythmia is nothing serious, it's the electrical impulses in your heart getting confused, that's all, but definitely go to see your doctor and get checked out.
