Its not so much the bolt that causes damage though, it just pushes the duadrant at an awkward angle and snaps the centre lug off the quadrant (see the pictures in this thread )

Ahhh i thought so, i said to rsdaz (who i was there with) that the grey/red lights are definately the way to go.

Half of them RSi's on track seemed like right old bangers, there was numerous people struggling to keep their cars idling when they were waiting to get on the track, and loads of them were bailing blue smoke out the exhausts

The one bloke had his mud flap hanging off aswell - couldn't do that myself i would feel embarased - yours was looking
