Hello just thought I'd ask where I stand as an individual in a joint mortgage.

Basically my girlfriend and I have a joint mortgage which I pay for have split up, she is staying elsewhere at the minute, but coming home daily to pick work clothes up etc.

I know I can't kick her out and black bag her, (I'm not a complete tosser!) We have only had the house 8 months and have to pay fee's etc if we sell during a certain period, she wants crazy money to leave, which tbh I don't want to give her, I would rather sell the place

She is saying she isn't going to pay any of the fee's but expects half the profit once sold.

Just wondered where I stand and if anyone had any advise on what to do?
