So basically you dont trust her?
Just relax, if she wants to go away and enjoy herself with her mates, and is serious about you, nothing will happen, it was booked for before you were with her, so i wouldnt worry about it.
Confronting her will just make her think you dont trust her and open a full pot of problems imo
