Moron!

I have no issue at all with the speed. My concern is his obvious inexperience, holding a mobile phone, how busy it was, his lane changing, his use of slip roads and hard shoulder.

I've shot vid clips from my car on the public highway, I use a fixed mount and don't go mad and also give myself plenty of space. Last thing I want is to cause an accident or injur anybody.

The sentence is laughable though when you see what others have done and seem to barely get a slapped wrist. imho the sentence was right for the crime if anything leniant
