Default Handling upgrade time - ARB's, polybushes - advice please.

Hi there,

I own a 1.1 mk3.5 Fiesta with standard suspension/handling parts apart from a set of uprated dampers and springs. I've just bought a front ARB and lower front crossmember.

Are there any guides on here for front and rear ARB fitment and front lower crossmember fitment?

My plans are to buy a full new set of polybushes for the front ARB and then fit both the ARB and crossmember. What should i fit first - do they interfere with one-another at all (i don't think they do, but will ask just incase). What brand of polybush should i use (ive heard Deflex are awful, so want to steer well clear of them). As for strut top polybushes what would you recommend - ive heard people suggest cosworth ones or standard FRST ones before?

As for a rear ARB, can this be fitted to my standard rear beam or do i need the stronger FRST rear beam? I know that some Mk3/3.5 Ghias had front and rear ARB's but i don't know what rear beam the Ghias ran. How easy is it to swap rear beams, and how much do FRST rear beams usually fetch?

I think thats all for now, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.
