Ok, cylinder head coming apart, i want some headwork to get closer to the magical 200bhp@wheels figure

whats the best spec head to go for, how much am i looking at, and wheres the best place to send the head?

also, ecu, my turbosystems 1 is limited to 18psi apparently, so what ecu should i be looking to run? whats been proven to give consistently good results as i hear bad things about several different brands
