I really want to get started properly at the gym. Ive been a member of Total Fitness for a while no but hardly ever go.
If anyone could help me with correct diet, excercises etc
I am willing to go 4 times a week, I cant go anymore than that because of work etc..
I am 17, 5'8 and at the moment 9st and I find it hard to put weight on.
Any help/ advice you can give me will be much appreciated. i really want to get bigger.
