well lucky for you having them slide straight out

i had a coont of a job gettn the bastards out, had to cut the rubber away
from them so i had something solid to push against in the press, after doing that i put the trailing arm in the press only to find it was to big
to get in there
so i ended up using two sockets the right size,put it in a big bench
vice an swung off a big peice of pipe to get them to pop out
what a mission, really hope i never have to do it again.

dont use the oe bushes get some powerflex polybushes, much better.

and for advice on changing them, i hope you have big muscles in your arms lol, just stick at it till ya get em out
