the reason they whernt leagle is that simpson wouldnt pay for the tests in this country there was a big thing about the helmet standards test and it turned out it was all back handers and simpson said they shouldnt pay cos there helmets where safer and ideal for things like dragsters so should be road leagle but our government where having non of it but last year the low was changed so the helmet companies dont have to pay for tests
