I need to find something out about somebody...Dont wanna go in to detail,i have an address,and old letters etc etc,but there from the 80`s...

Hows the best way to go about this?? counsil etc etc,or what??

Like i said its not a "found out he slept with me mrs,so gonna kill him" thing,its really important...
