Innocent until proven guilty!!, what a load of crap.
It works this way, you are innocent until accused then guilty until YOU prove your innocence.
Classic cases are a lady accuses a man of RAPE, gutter press as they all are print his name picture story etc etc, his wife leaves him, kids get picked on/bullied etc etc etc etc.
The lady says, snigger snigger "I MADE IT ALL UP", "IDON'T EVEN KNOW THE MAN", but they are not ALLOWED TO PRINT HER NAME, and this is equal rights!!
I want the bomber to live, so he can live in PAIN, he would become a HERO if he died doing this, to those people there is no worse shame than being caught or living, as he will not get to heaven that way.
Living in his condition is much worse for him than him dying, and much worse for the cause he believes in.
£5k a day is peanuts, MP's spend more than this a day on SANDWICHES!!, (probably!!), and joe public pays for all that crap, and the tossers who send our brave boys/girls to fight for the USA's interests.
