Those are Mondeo MKII ST24's ..
I've had some Puma 5 'leafs' on before, but these caught the Mondeo (cos4x4) calipers.. so had to change.. and wanted a set of these a long time.. Like you said.. it's something different.. although those 5 spokes look good too (-:
