Don't forget Stu H has an RS turbo and for this car the Alcon is a very poor clutch. For RS Turbos only use genuine AP clutchs.
For Cossie's, Alcon 6 paddle plates are good, but I use them with either std Cossie AP cover, or heavy AP cover for more powerfull circumstances.
Pete/Jim, your saph will be fine with what's in it with the GT30 conversion.
As a side note using an AP paddle plate is also fine, but do tend to be a bit "all or nothing" as Jim has mentioned and hence are a bit harsh for normal road use.
