hi there, ive just got myself a brand new set of gaz coilovers for a decent price, they come with, as standard, the following spring rates

FRONT 300lb

REAR 350lb

i wanted a bit of advice really on what other people are using on their coilover set ups, especially from people that mainly use their cars for fast road use and the occasional track day........im pretty sure these may be a bit hard for what i want but it doesnt bother me too much as ive saved a bit of money buying them so purchasing another set of springs to suit my needs isnt a problem. also advice on where is best to buy the springs id need.

any advice will be much appreciated
