When I had Karl (NMS) build my fully ported head for my new engine, that was nearly two and a half grand.....New Everything, on a virgin head, but that didn't include the price of the head.

So if you went to someone like Mountune and asked them for a Genuine Group A Cylinder head, I would hate to think what price they'd come back with !!!!

And when you say Group A Cylinder Head.....I'm assuming you mean including the valves. Which alone are around sixty pounds each for the sodium filled exhasts.

I'm also sure there's a few heads around that are quoted as being "Group A Heads" but which probably are not.

There were so many engine builders producing the engines when the cosworth was doing the BTCC, that there's bound to be differences between what one builder refers too as a Group A Head, and what another builder would consider the same.
