was probably released as a warning... they like these shock vids to be released so people dont just say "f*ck the authorities" and see the outcome if they do...

it could have been justified... if the guy who died had done something really bad, and the crash was to sh*t up the guy riding over his ability... just hypothetical... but possible... either way a loss of life was very bad!
