Nope. Check the multifunction switch for an output from the dip-beam wiring.

It is a common problem on these switches and cannot easily be rectified. Your best bet would be to substitute for another switch to confirm, then replace with a new one. Cost is approx. £65 from Ford, depending on spec of car and switch options (i.e. variable wiper, rear wiper, etc..).
