i seen a traffic warden approach my van in Whitehaven and i got in and drove away before he written a ticket.

i got one in the post a few weeks later.

i phoned the council up and they told me that he said that he issued me a ticket even though i drove away ....then they said he could not issue me one unless he put it on the van,i never payed anything
