went to do a drop today
came back out to find a warden writing out a ticket
so got in the van and drove off
but before i could, he stuck the envelope under the wiper but he couldn't get his camera out in time
when i stopped further up the road to get the ticket ou, there was no ticket inside the envelope

so, where do i stand?
he's got no proof that there was a ticket on the van as i was doing my best to avoid running him over so i reckon he's trying to pull a fast one and the ticket hadn't been printed by the time i returned
and with no idead as to who issued the ticket either, i can't call up to find out

so, what gives?
