get some carb cleaner, a small brush and some cotton buds.
the thing with cleaning them is most people just spray in the holes to clean the crap out, but you need to separate the valve from the body, then push the rod in to open the valve and clean the seat, rotate the rod and keep cleaning, prob need the brush or cotton buds for that, but strub at it inside to work as much crap off as poss, your get it clean in no time fella.
just tell me quick though, in the inlet manifold, on the right hand side as you look at it, there is a sensor hanging out, which one of the below does it look like?
