Martin, one of the reasons why I am undecided is that we are 'dog-sitting' my daughter's dog at the moment and with Coombe so far away, it'd mean leaving the dogs a long time on their own and I don't know what mischief they'd get up to. If I go to Oulton it's only 30 mins away and I wouldn't have to leave early.
