thte last few weks i have began to hear a knocking noise from the front on my mk 5.5 escort.. it usually knocks just once when i reversed on full lock or after about 20 mins driving it would start to make a clacking noise if i tapped the throttle..

i put new poly bushes on the bottom arms but it didnt cure the reverse noise but i think its stopped from makin the noise whn i accelerate..

any idea what could be banging??
