Less than 2k brick - openings ,less than 350 blocks. just brickwork and blockwork,labour round here would be £450 per 1k bricks and 12 quid per m2 blocks .

So thats roughly 400quid blockwork and 900 quid for brickwork, bit for setting out and scafolding ,tressels would do a single story ,



thats presuming the building is 3.2 projection and 8m wide ,3 sides as an extension ,if its a free standing building then add on the 1k as lee has roughly quoted
