Hi Paul, having checked the photos and from what I can see I would respectfully suggest that the welded repairs are not up to our standard, the replacement patches appear to have been " over tacked" with MIG welding and my concern is that there will be minute pin holes in the welds which will allow moisture to penetrate the paint finish leading to blistering at a later stage. With out physically seeing the car it is difficult to be specific but I would suggest that at the very least it will be necessary to "lead load" over these repairs to seal off any potential problems, I think that in order to achieve your goals you need to budget somewhere £15,000 and £18,000. if you are still interested then I will have to see the car so that we can cost accurately the work required, Hope this is of help, kindest regards
