Right, i had some 10 foot conifers ripped out behind my garage and had a 6 foot fence put up instead. Ever since, when it rains, all the rear of the garage fills with water. I cant see how its getting in. Its definatly not the roof leaking and none of the walls are wet.

Im pretty sure that the conifer roots didnt disturb the foudations when i pulled them out but im beginning to think maybe the fence men have damaged something underneath whilst digging the holes for the posts (ones right next to the corner of the garage)???

Would this be possible, and if so what would i have to do to sort the problem?
