You can see that I have retained the Ford adjustment, which does make the seat a fraction taller than I would ideally like (even on it's lowest setting). However, Harvey has to drive the car, and he is 6'7" (whereas I am 5'8"
), so I need the range of adjustment that the standard seat has.
Mine is the leather option (rather than the vinyl), which makes it a lot more expensive than the prices you have grimaced at so far
. So unless you specifically want the leather, you would be better off sticking with cloth if you want to keep the overall cost below £500!
I havent retained the ford adjustment and instead bolted the seat to the floor.
I now cant see over the bonnet
