just wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea on how much to pay for the brick work on a small building we want done.

its 8.06m x 3.2m internal thermal block and outside normal brick with a 100mm cavity. will also have one large window the same width as a garage door and about 1.5m tall and a normal door.

me and a mate are planning on digging the footings and doing all the concrete work just need to get a brickie in to lay the bricks and dont want to end up paying through the teeth, we did have a quote for someone to do the whole job from start to finish and it was close on 16k with seems alot more than i was expecting.
