You will need vehicle on the ground with the wheels on to bleed up the rear brakes, if you have it jacked up with the rear suspension hanging down then the load proportioning valves in the brake lines will block the fluid flow to the rear brakes.
You can bleed them up with the wheels off, just make sure the jack/axle stands are under the rear suspension arms so the weight of the vehicle is on the suspension.
