i'm sure there is
the 4wd shell was used in a lot of later spec sierras (wider tunnel and extra holes for the 4wd mounts) so it should fit up ok

yes, with a bit of adjustment you can make it fit
you just have to lop off a bit of the top of the diff where the bolt goes through
or
widen the beam a little
easier to lop the bolt bit off
