Iit's NOT going to show up, a faulty CTS as it has such a wide range , it is normally within range just not at the resistance it should be at the temp it should be. Yes.. but CTS shows fine/realistic temps when using IAW.. and this tool should be very reliable. And I do have another CTS in stock if I need it
Do you have another lamda to swap in there to try, old one maybe if not just get the metre on it when cold/hot and see what it reads. Dont have.. but may trye a frieds lambda if I say please, but I will get the meter on it anyway
Obviously there will be major problems if no lamda reading is getting to the ecu, so after checking at lamda if ok check at ecu, check also if it has a HEGO sensor the heater circuit. Oh I am sure the lambda reading comes to the ECU, but as I understand the P8 just dont give that info to the IAW monitor software, cause I drive COLLINS-chip wich dont release this info. If I had a MSD chip.. it would as I understand.
